It usually takes 3-5 business days to prepare your order. If processing time take longer than that, an email will be sent to your registered email box.
We offer two shipping methods.
- Super Savings(Free shipping over US$69): 7-15 Business Days
- Expedited Shipping (for some countries only): 3-6 Business Days
Custom Tax or Duty
Normally customers will not be charged of any additional fees via regular mail. However, for some European countries, you may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.
14 Days Easy Return & Exchange
Items(except final sale products, items with special notes)can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the delivered day.
Return & Exchange Conditions
1. Please contact us within 15 days starting from the day you receive your order.
2. Final sale products are not covered by warranty.
3. Returns must be received in new condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered in any way. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume or stains will be subjected to refusal.
4. Any addresses on the parcel is not approved as return address. Returned package without authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded or exchanged.
5. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned.
6. Return shipping fee is paid by buyer.

We offer full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should submit a help ticket from Contact us once your decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fees. We will process the refund within a week after receiving your return package. FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
